Large chiller and freezer cold room – pharmaceuticals

The chiller cold room was 14.5m x 10.5m x 5.15m high and included an automated forklift access sliding door and a lockable hinged personnel door. The room had 2 independent refrigeration systems which switch over every 7 days unless a temperature fault occurs where it would then switch over automatically.

Warehouse Freezer Cold Room – Basingstoke

UK COLD Services designed and installed the room which is over 1400m3 and included 2 independent refrigeration systems, automated forklift access door, insulated concrete floor, and a personnel door.

The design of the rooms had to incorporate a low beam which we cut around to maximize the space for the racking layout.
